Dr. Durga Prasad Samontaray

Dr. Durga Prasad Samontaray, is working as an Associate Professor – Finance, College of Business Administration (AACSB accredited), King Saud University (KSU), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia since October 2009. College of Business Administration (CBA), under King Saud University (KSU) is having more than 350 faculty members and a prominent business school of Saudi Arabia and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Dr. Durga is having a Doctorate degree (awarded in the year 2006) from Faculty of Commerce, University of Allahabad (A Central University, India) in the area of Corporate Governance. He has rich work experience of more than 22 years in various fields of Academic, Industry, Research and Consultancy. His teaching and research interests are in the area of Financial Modeling, Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Investment Analysis, Asset Valuation, and Financial Risk Management. Dr. Durga is the PhD Guide and/or Examiner of KSU as well as many important universities of India. Member of Editorial Review boards of different international Referred journals. Published more than twenty research articles, book chapters, and case studies in different international journals, text books, and played the role of Chairman/Member of Scientific & Technical Committees of several International Conferences. Taught various courses related to finance in Ph. D, Master and Under Graduate levels in KSU and top-ranked institutes/B-Schools of India.
